Please read these terms carefully before using ALG7.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, or using ALG7 ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. Nature of the Software

ALG7 is research and engineering software designed for autonomous financial decision-making. It is intended for use by qualified operators who understand the risks of financial markets. The Software is not a financial advisor, broker, or investment service.

3. Simulation Mode

The default deployment of ALG7 runs in simulation mode. No real trades are executed, and no real capital is at risk in simulation mode. Any transition from simulation to live trading is a deliberate action taken by the operator and is done entirely at the operator's own risk and discretion.

4. No Financial Advice

Nothing provided by ALG7 — including signals, analysis, outputs, or documentation — constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult licensed professionals before making any financial decisions.

5. Operator Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Your deployment, configuration, and operation of the Software
• Any trades executed through the Software, whether in simulation or live mode
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• The security of your infrastructure, API keys, and credentials

6. Intellectual Property

ALG7, including its source code, algorithms, documentation, branding, and design, is the intellectual property of ALG7 and its creators. Your license to use the Software does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or sublicense the Software without explicit written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. No guarantee of performance, profitability, or accuracy is made.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALG7 and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software. This includes, without limitation, losses from trading activity, data loss, system downtime, or any other damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ALG7 and its creators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Software or your violation of these terms.

10. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the website. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
